Introduction
This policy explains how the WikiWork app collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our hiring and job-seeking services.
Information we collect
Your name, email, phone number, date of birth, gender, nationality, residence, languages, CV, profile photo, and the content of your posts (job offers/requests), plus basic technical usage data needed to run and secure the service.
How we use your information
To create and manage your account, display your posts, match employers with job seekers, enable contact between them, improve the service, and ensure safety and prevent abuse.
Sharing of information
When you apply to a job offer, the details on your profile (name, contact, and CV if you choose to share it) are shared with the offer owner for review. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data storage & security
Your data is stored securely with trusted cloud providers, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. CV links are available only to the owner and to offer owners you have applied to.
Your rights & control
You can edit your data at any time, delete your CV or photo, and delete your account entirely from the "Account" page, which removes the personal data associated with it. See the Data Deletion page for details.
Children
The service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will notify you of material changes via the app or email.
